AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Once you place an order, an email with tracking number will be sent to you. 
 
FREE SHIPPING for orders of $50 & over 
For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 applies.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for a flat rate of $10.
 
PS: If using a discount code, an order must reach $50 after discount has been applied to receive free shipping.
 
 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TIMES

Our lovely local fulfillment centre are working extra fast to prepare and pack your pretty little order, that usually takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping days do not include weekends or public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For most Standard and Express Shipping, we use Australia Post followed by your country’s local mail carrier. 
 
Once you place an order, an email with tracking number will be sent to you.
Once the parcel lands in your destination country, the tracking number may update to your local mail carrier.

TAXES & DUTIES 

Our International shipping fees do not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in your country. Once your parcel has left Australia, any additional charges including import taxes, custom duties or any other fees imposed are at your expense.
  
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as “merchandise” even if you are buying it as a gift for someone else.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not do returns or refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

If you made a mistake with your order or delivery address, it is pretty hard for us to change it as there is often little to no time between your order being confirmed and our team packing it up.
However, we’ll always try our best to accommodate requests so please email us ASAP at hello@sunslayer.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, 
SUNSLAYER will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. 
 
SUNSLAYER is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
 
If your SUNSLAYER order is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a picture of the product ASAP to hello@sunslayer.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will follow up with Australia Post.
 
Please note that a $15 redelivery fee will apply if you enter an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us or if you did not pick up your item from the post office and the parcel is sent back to us.
