AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Once you place an order, an email with tracking number will be sent to you.
STANDARD SHIPPING is a flat rate of 9.95 AUD.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for a flat rate of 14.95 AUD.
VIP EXPRESS FRONT OF QUEUE is available for a flat rate of 16.95 AUD.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TIMES
Our lovely local fulfillment centre is working extra fast to prepare and pack your pretty little order, that usually takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note: All shipping times are valid from dispatch, not from the time of order. There are currently delays with Australia Post. We cannot guarantee when your parcels will arrive but we will endeavour to deliver it as soon as possible.

For most Standard and Express Shipping, we use Australia Post followed by your country’s local mail carrier.
Once you place an order, an email with tracking number will be sent to you.
Once the parcel lands in your destination country, the tracking number may update to your local mail carrier.

For all other countries not included in the above table, unfortunately your orders will be shipped via courier only due to high risk of parcel theft or parcel lost in transit.

TAXES & DUTIES
Our International shipping fees do not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in your country. Once your parcel has left Australia, any additional charges including import taxes, custom duties or any other fees imposed are at your expense.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as “merchandise” even if you are buying it as a gift for someone else.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order is returned to us for any reason (wrong shipping address provided when ordering, parcel wasn't collected at the post office etc), we will contact you via email.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges if the customer would like the product resent to them.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you made a mistake with your order or delivery address, it is pretty hard for us to change it as there is often little to no time between your order being confirmed and our team packing it up.
However, we’ll always try our best to accommodate requests so please email us ASAP at hello@sunslayer.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, SUNSLAYER will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. SUNSLAYER is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. However, please be in touch with us via email and we will do our best to raise an enquiry with Australia Post and locate your parcel.
If your SUNSLAYER order is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a picture of the product ASAP to hello@sunslayer.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will follow up with Australia Post.
Thank You
